At the haus & haus Group, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Communications Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

As Communications Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping both internal and external communications across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the mapping of the customer journey across the haus & haus Group and aligning communications to each stage of the client lifecycle.
• Developing communications strategies for different departments based on business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services across the haus & haus Group.
• Drafting engaging communications in line with our brand tone of voice and key messaging.
• Managing all internal communications, including the co-ordination of monthly company meeting presentations.
• Setting up and optimising triggered communication journeys.
• Producing monthly performance reports with recommendations for future improvements using a test-and-learn approach.

What You’ll Need

• Around 2-4 years’ experience in communications, marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience planning and delivering both internal and external communications.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Copywriting experience (preferred).
• Confidence working across multiple teams and managing different stakeholders.
• Experience in real estate or professional services is a bonus, but not essential.
