Our Property Management service provides a full range of specialist assistance for an affordable fee. Our clients can choose between two packages: Basic and Premier. Customised solutions can be offered as well upon consultation.

Premier Management

for Apartments & Villas

INCLUDES ALL SERVICES FROM BASIC PACKAGE PLUS OTHERS:
  • Marketing of property
  • Tenant find with accompanied viewings
  • Tenant screening
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement
  • One dedicated Property Manager
  • Key holding service
  • Deposit collected & held in account at your request
  • DEWA connection assistance
  • EJARI registration
  • Key handover
  • Manage tenant move-in
  • Rent collection and payment management incl. banking rent cheques
  • Renewal of Tenancy Contract including checking RERA calculator
  • Manage tenant move-out
  • Return of deposit to tenant
  • Re-market and manage when property becomes vacant
  • Snag report and rectification advice for off plan properties directly with developer
  • Tenant & maintenance management
  • Coordinating with facility management teams

Following services are not included in the package and are chargeable:

• Power of Attorney services
• Registering a dispute with Dubai Land Department

Most of our landlords chose the premier package as it covers everything so they can take care of their daily tasks and own work load without having to worry about their properties.
Yes we have a valid trade license to work in Dubai. Should you wish to know more or view our trade license please get in touch.
As we start managing your property as soon as you sign; the Property Management fee is an upfront payment.
Yes of course, should you wish to upgrade your basic package to a premier package you can simply inform your Property Manager and they will calculate a pro rata rate for the remaining of your agreement and then on renewal you will pay for the premier package for 1 year.
We have a short term management department who will be able to help manage your needs. Get in touch to find out more.
Our services will come into effect once the management agreement has been signed and payment has been made. To find out more get in touch with our team.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our services and wish to cancel the agreement you need to inform your Property Manager 60 days prior. There is no refund of the management fee.
1 year/12 months is our standard plan. If you wish to discuss the options of purchasing our Property Management services for a shorter duration please get in touch to discuss a tailored package for you.
