He previously built a successful recruitment career, gaining industry recognition and founding his own firm before transitioning to property. Sam’s interest began through personal renovation projects, which led to co-founding a small development company with his brother.

Now based in Dubai, he specialises in Victory Heights and Jumeirah Golf Estates, known for its resort-style living and strong investment appeal. Sam brings a professional yet personable service focused on long term value, client trust and tailored guidance. Fluent in English, he combines hands-on experience with a relationship-first mindset.

Outside of real estate, Sam is a keen golfer with a single-figure handicap and enjoys quality time with family while exploring Dubai’s lifestyle scene.
