Luke is originally from the Southwest of England and has spent most of his professional career in retail management.

After completing a graduate scheme at a well-known discount retailer, he spent time working as an Area Manager in the UK and the USA before being headhunted to lead a retail division in the UAE in 2011. He is particularly proud of steering his division through the difficulties of the pandemic whilst driving profitability and employee and customer satisfaction.

In early 2022, Luke decided to switch career path and follow his passion for property and customer service.

Clients can expect ultimate professionalism when dealing with Luke as his background has shaped him to be customer focused and business minded with a long-term view.

Luke also has a keen interest in fitness and the outdoors. He holds a black belt in kickboxing and recently entered adventure races and functional fitness competitions to push his mental and physical limits.
