I arrived in Dubai in 2012, off the back of working in Real Estate in the UK in my home county in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, for what was voted the best independent real estate brokerage in 2008, personally picking up numerous negotiator of the month accolades that year. In 2009 until 2012 I went on to work for one of the biggest holiday home providers in the UK selling in several coastal destinations.
Arriving in Dubai in 2012 and working for one of the largest real estate companies brought on a new challenge for me, starting off in rentals in luxury villa communities, therefore learning the ropes of the business. In the first 2 year I went on to win several end of year accolades, including most commission generated, top broker, the people’s choice and the directors choice.
In 2014 I joined haus & haus Real Estate, and have enjoyed being part of the rapid growth of the company. Going from leasing, to secondary market sales, to now working in off plan and new developments. Over the years I have helped clients build successful investment portfolios here In Dubai, whether it’s their first investment purchase going on to more, or an addition to an already large property holding for the client. As well as helping with investment properties, I have also assisted many home owners purchase 2nd homes, used as holiday homes in some amazing developments. And again being recognized for my efforts by completing the most property sales at the company in 2019.
