Joseph was born and raised in Wakiso, one of the central Districts in Uganda in East Africa. He graduated from City of London College in United Kingdom, with a Management Diploma in Travel & Tourism and Hotel management. He has also received IATA Level 1 & 2 Certificates.
Joseph worked as a front office manager at Hotel Sojovalo in Kampala, Uganda before coming to work at haus & haus as a customer service consultant. He is principled, respectful, trustworthy, empathetic and sympathetic. He is interested in traveling and meeting people from all over the world.
